We believe it's more important than ever to demonstrate that faith communities are not owned by people on any one side of the ideological spectrum. Right now, Christian Nationalism is on the rise, with many people claiming that our country is a "Christian nation" - making no room for the religious diversity and freedom that's protected in our Constitution. But there is more than one way to be a person of faith, in America. Our neighbors here in Chester County practice all kinds of religions, and no religion at all. Diversity and democracy are core American values, and humanity is a deeply held religious value, for so many of us. We believe all those values are worthy of protection.
